Inspired by Colombia’s equestrian heritage, Talabartero (master saddler) draws upon the expert craftsmanship and fine detailing - the stitching, the braiding and the hand tooling found in the best Colombian vintage saddles.
Each lamp is crafted from natural grain board-formed leather, guided by the same formation techniques as those used in fashioning saddles, layered with a jewel-toned color palette and curves inspired by the works of Colombian artist Fernando Botero.
We’ve partnered with master craftsman Edgar Beltrán Jaramillo and the skilled team in his Bogotá-based workshop to bring this collection to life.
